Bacci CNC Machining Centre ARTIST.JET with six (6) interpolated axes with the following technical features & equipment:
Axes strokes:
X = 3,500 mm (pass through distance between the columns is 3,050mm).
Y = 2,200 mm
Z = 830 mm
B = unlimited
C = 400° (+/-200°)
One (1) Single knuckle type “2+2” operating head with two (2) 10Hp double exit electro-spindles,
each placed in cross with ER32 tool connections, ceramic bearings and 24,000 maximum RPM.
Two (2) Electronic Inverters to independently control the spindle's rotation speed up to 24,000RPM.
Two (2) “TGV” type working tables (Paolino Bacci patent), each table with three (3) 750mm long steel rails
with adjustable center to center (C/C) distance up to 1,170mm.
The support surface for each table is 1,170mm x 750mm.
Semi-Automatic X-Axis positioning of the “TGV” rails is included.
Eight (8) Pneumatic Clamping Cylinders, sliding on the sides of the “TGV” rails.
The Artist/Jet is prepared for vacuum Clamping.
One (1) 100m3/h vacuum pumps is included.
Six (6) removable, frontal Free-Jig clamps.
Manual Loading on the Free-Jig clamps with two (2) side fences (one for each table) to reference parts during manual loading.
“OSAI” Numerical control, full digital + PC Office (Windows-7 Operative System).
Air conditioner for the electrical cabinet.
Standard Programming system ISO codes by means of Self-learning programming and MACRO instructions.
Programming by Optimizing & Anti-collision CAM Software PITAGORA (Bacci Exclusive) is included.
Post-Processor for ALPHACAM or MASTERCAM CAD/CAM Software is included.
CAD/CAM Software is NOT included. Teleservice through Internet connection.
Safety Perimeter protection, with intermediate sliding doors, is included.
