MERCERIZING MACHINE WITH WASHING
Machine erected on floor and fully functional and in running condition giving production.
The washing chambers are steam dependent for heating.
Working width is 72”.
It has following components ;
1. Entry with Roller Bars
2. First Mercerizing Chamber with 11 Tubes with Squeezing Mangle
3. Second Mercerizing Chamber with 7 Tubes with Squeezing Mangle
4. First Loop Washing Chamber with 4 Rollers at Top, 4 Rollers at Bottom with Squeezing Mangle
5. Second Washing Chamber with 4 Rollers at Top, 4 Rollers at Bottom with Squeezing Mangle
6. Third Washing Chamber with 9 Rollers at Top, 9 Rollers at Bottom with Squeezing Mangle
7. Fourth Washing Chamber with 9 Rollers at Top, 9 Rollers at Bottom with Squeezing Mangle
8. Batcher and Plaiter at the Exit
9. Electrical Control Panel with Invertors
