It is configured for dyeing woven Cotton & Polyester / Cellulose blends.
Apparel & Work wear fabrics from 100 – 450 gm / sq mt.
Production speed is 50 mts / min.
Production capacity is 325,000 mts / week at 65% efficiency in a 168 hour week.
Roller width is 2.4 mts.
Maximum fabric width is 2,2 mts.

The machine is fabricated from stainless steel with the Infrastructure being made of painted mild steel.
It has AC motors with KEB drives & Siemens PLC.
It is semi automatic control.

It is comprised of : -
Brushing unit with extraction for lint removal.
Entry scray 700 mt maximum capacity.
Erhardt & Leimer guiders – air controlled.
Kusters Dye padder.
With compressed air activation & oil pressure to the center of mangle.
Pleva AF 310 Moisture measuring
with automatic adjustment of the Kuster mangles being an option.
Gas Infrared pre dryers.
2 towers with 2 banks in each with separate feeds to each bank.
They can be run on LPG or natural gas.
Hot Flue / Thermosol
4 zone hot flue dryer.
Circulation oil heating with 8 air-circulating fans.
Each zone can be independently temperature controlled up to 220 deg C.
Zones 3 & 4 are double threaded to give sufficient Thermosolling time at design speed.
Cooling zone utilising fans.
Angled Inspection board
Erhardt & Leimer guiders – air controlled.
Batching device for A frame batching.
