Separator for separating hard and soft material
with ascending feeding conveyor belt.
This machine can make break and separate hard and soft products like:
Returned packaging materials like cup with butter or margarine.
A flexible press belt transports the product to a breaker/schredder
which make small particle of the material
and drops it on a perforated drum and with the help of
a conveyor belt gently squeezes the product through
the perforation. The harder particles such as bones/plastic
and skin remain outside the drum, the liquid materials are pushed throug the drum.
Capacity up to 2.200 kg per hour depending on product.
Mobile conveyor belt with funnel - beldt with 30 cm -
each take-along compartmend also 30 cm.and inpush system
into the drum Motor: 400V 50hz, 3 Phase, 6,3A.
