Baader 601 Separator

A device that separates raw meat material
from waste components - cartilage, veins, skin and bones.

A flexible compression belt transports the product
to a rotating perforated drum where
the raw material is subjected to product separation.
Hard particles such as bones and skin remain outside,
soft parts are pushed into the drum through the holes.

Two drums in a set (2mm and 4mm)
