Roll-shaft reception/clamping device:
Left: Face-plate ZVA mounted on swivel main-bearing with pneumatic locking, faceplate with centralised adjustment of outside clamping jaws
Inside clamping (cardboard core) via three-jaws chuck
Right: manually actuated pinhole lock with guide-way for shaft end for easy insertion
Roll shaft:
1 rigid shaft (hollow) with PVC cover for cardboard core inside ⌀50mm or ⌀76mm (both available), nominal length 1600mm, max.permissible charge ca.150kg

Roll rotation:
Polyphase gear motor with frequency converter (continuous time and speed variation by poti, integrated slow-acceleration and rapid slow-down to stop devices), with speed indication, right/left inversion of roll shaft, motor power 3,0kW - speed range: ca.10-300 min

Circular Knife Cutting Head KRM D550 with automatic grinder Type A (combined grinding and honing device - for small reels and boarder cuts)
Adjustment of angular position of cutting head, i.e. possibility to cut also larger width without change of cutting knife)
Grinder set-off manually or via electronic timer (=grinding after each cut or after selected number of cuts), grinding bevel adjustable by 50mm, grinding depth
and grinding angle adjustable, high quality (diamond) grinding disc, for blade diameter 450-550mm (grinder range)

High-dynamic drive with automatic speed adjustment (fast-slow speed) according to cutting width and rapid return travel for maximum productivity.

Operating Terminal HMI:
Computer controlled Command & Display Terminal (HMI) which acts as an interface between operator and machine. Relevant parameters are set comfortably on tactile keyboard.
Cutting width/s and number of pieces are entered and shown on a large easy-to-read display which also provides user guidance and information throughout the operation of the machine. Speeds for roll rotation, blade rotation and cutting advance are easily adjustable at any time
