ASYS LSB03 Destacker - 612mm -2020

The bare board loader LSB 03 separates PCB from a stack and
offers automatic loading to screen printers and or
other machines. The stack is separated from the top to
the bottom. ng buffer. Unit temporarily stores PCBs in
vertical aligned transport segments and then transfers them to
the following unit.

PCB thickness clamping head
Pass through mode
Combined clamp/vacuum head (LSB03 & LLB01) over the
complete length to separate PCBS from the stack.
Interleaf removal: vacuum gripper to
remove separation paper/foil layer between substrates.
Vacuum regulator
Middle support mounted in the stack tunnel,
& increases min PCB width to 70mm
