Per the OEM Description:
INSIGNUM 2000 Laser is a fully automatic high-speed laser
marking system for PCB marking. It is suitable for
large production volumes. Thanks to its slim design,
it offers optimum space utilization.

The system is designed for high working speeds and
achieves utmost precision using optional fiducial recognition.
Using RGB lighting, differently colored PCBs can
be illuminated ideally. The result is an increase in
process stability.

Marking process
The PCB to be marked is moved directly into the marking
position using a width-adjustable transport system and
is clamped. A fixed laser unit marks the freely programmable
codes on the material. Immediately after marking, the codes
are verified using the camera system coupled into the
beam path of the laser. Due to a special configuration of
the deflection mirrors, it is possible to obtain a marking area of
up to 350x350 mm without additionally moving the laser.
