DVTP Oil Purification Plant will purify,dry and de-aerate oil to ensure dielectric strength and insulating properties of oil is restored.

How does transformer oil purification machine work?
Insulating oil is drawn into the system and is passed through the primary filter by the negative pressure generated by the Vacuum System or supplementary feeding pump. Then the oil flows through the heaters, during which the oil temperature is raised to a preset degree.

After passing the secondary filter, the heated oil then enters the Vacuum Dehydration/Degasification Chamber, where water and gasses contained in the oil are thoroughly exposed under vacuum by efficient dispersion and removed through Vacuum Pumping.

ASSEN® purifiers use parallel sprayers inside the Vacuum Chamber for the maximum exposure of oil to the effect of the vacuum. The sprayer design has created a great efficiency in cutting oil into tiny droplets, thus greatly improving dehydration and degasification.

The oil is then discharged by a screw pump through a high-efficiency filter element where a fine polishing of oil takes place. After passing through the Fine Filter, the purified oil exits through the outlet or flows via the recirculation valve to be processed again.



Application
DVTP weather-proof type Transformer Oil Purification System plant is meant for the regeneration of aged oil in transformers, The aged oil may well consist of moisture, dissolved gases or air, dust, carbon products as a result of arcing, rust from drum. These impurities not only minimize the di-electric strength but in addition induce a substantial ageing with the insulators. ASSEN DVTP Transformer Oil Purification system will purify, dry and de-aerate oil to ensure dielectric strength and insulating properties of oil is restored. DVTP insulating oil purification plant can also be utilised for oil transfer from transformer to oil storage tank and transformer evacuation.
