Continuous motion wraparound tray former and packer.
Rated from 5 to 35 trays per minute – depending on product
and machine configuration. Tray size: 9" to 23" in length;
7" to 18" in width; 1½" to 4" wall height.
Product size: 2" to 10" in height.
Equipped with a 20" wide x 204" long product infeed conveyor
with adjustable lane guides, top pin grouper,
120" long overhead lugged product carrier set on 36" centers,
32" high adjustable blank tray magazine and Nordson hot melt system.
Control panel with AB controller and touch screen HMI.
