APV Processor Kettle

stainless steel, steam jacketed, processor kettle with a
dome top and a conical bottom on three adjustable legs
The 3 zone jacket is rated for 75 psi@ 350F
Kettle is 48" inside diameter with
34" straight side and a 12" deep cone
Kettle has a 1.5 hp top mounted side scrape agitator with
baffles. 208-230/460 vac 3 ph power required
There is about 35" clearance under the vessel
The top has an 18" manway with a lid
5 each 4", one 2.5" and one 2" sanitary connections
The side has 3 each 2" NTP jacket connections
The bottom has a 4" center sanitary discharge
2 each thermowells and two 2"
