APV Lahham CP-1 Continuous Oven

This oven features 417 active feet of belt,
providing a baking time range of 7 to 24 minutes
with a 42” width between supports.
Originally manufactured in 1990,
it underwent a comprehensive upgrade by Turkington USA in 2007.
This oven, ideal for baking rolls, buns, or sweet goods,
was taken out of service in the first quarter of 2012.

Key upgrades made in 2007 include:
Electrical drive assemblies with electronic controls
for the main drive assembly, load off, load on,
and metering conveyor.
New pan gap monitor and misaligned pan detector.
New backlog pan detector assembly.
Chain oiler assembly with PLC, including track section, manifold with injector, and pump assembly.
Motorized grid cleaning brush with electrical controls.
Frost carrier chain.
Magnets.
Dust shields.
Grids.
All horizontal curves.
All nose up/nose overs.
Two ATS fans.
Take up assembly.
New master electrical control panel with AB PLC and Panelview.
