with tamper-evident tab + installation of a body label

Bench composed of:
A turntable; to ensure the storage and distribution of pots
(diameter 1200mm) with edge on the tower and deflector
for guiding the pots on the conveyor
AG204 labeler; for placing the label on the lid of the pots
(width between 10 and 110mm, length 5 to 600mm),
dispensing speed 500mm/sec, detection of pots by photoelectric cell
with reflector
Pneumatic reel; for folding the tab of the label placed
on the lid of the jars. flap on the body of the pots
Static wrapping machine; for rotating pots
with folded tab detection
AG204 labeler; for attaching the label to the body of the pots
Dynamic wrapper; to rotate the pot
(for applying the label while guiding the pot onto the bench exit)
Main conveyor; length 2,350mm width 90mm - speed 20m/min
Electrical cabinet: 380v three-phase + neutral + earth - 4,500 VA
