All-Fill, Krones Filling Line for Chocolate Milk in Bottle

Used filling line for filling chocolate milk in to 1 liter bottles.
Filling capacity 5500 bottles per hour.
Currently machine setup for 1 liter bottle size but originally can be used from 0.250 liter up to 1 liter.

Line includes following main equipment:
• bottle sorter Fozimt (arranging bottles on conveyor belt)
• filling machine All-Fill (5,500 liter bottles per hour / 4 Formatim / air filtered /
16 filling heads flow counters / 8 main pluggs)
• disinfection and flushing system
• cap applicator
• Krones labeling unit
• bottle shrinking and packing unit by Dimac
• robot pelletizer by Euroimpianti (able to assume surfaces , arrange packaging and place carton +
buffers cartridges and cardboard surfaces)
• stretch pelletizers by Robopac
• air conveyors (feeding system)
• other conveyor systems
• elevator that download full surface
