(dearator - homogeniser) - 137 °C (holding 4 seconds)
- 20 °C (to sterile tank / filler) or 5 °C (return line to balance tank).

(Alfa Laval, C10-KSM, 30107-33672, 2011, volume 501 liter,
pressure: 16 bar, 5 sections), dearator (Alfa Laval, DC750 EC, 32142-2005),
upstream homogeniser (Tetra Pak ALH30, 500.131, 1993,
pressure up to 250 bar, 2 stages, plunjer diameter 56 mm,
stroke 140 mm, cone valve design, motor 115 kW - 1485 rpm - 50 Hz),
holding tube at 137 °C for 4 seconds, indirect hotwater system
(medium Steam 600 kg/h, 6 bar), most of interconnecting piping,
valves, pumps and control panel with OPC5 Sattcontrol.
