The milk is fed under the pressure of the pump to the rotating bowl
through a rotating hollow spindle from the
bottom and gradually accelerates to the same rotational speed
as the bowl itself. due to design
unique airtight, the entire separator, from inlet to outlet,
remains completely full of milk under
Pressure. The separation is carried out under hermetic conditions
inside the container in which no outside air is mixed and
cream (light phase) and skimmed milk (heavy phase)
are discharged under pressure through two outlets in the hood
of the upper frame of the separator.
