low-friction aluminum spreader rolls (1 mounted).
Replaced existing idler rolls with
Componex WINertia AV air vent low-friction aluminum idler rolls.
Designed and procured parts for upgrade to
original shear slitting section (2021) with
Tidland Class II knife holders (used),
female anvil knives (sharpened),
and new (2021) Tidland Class 2/3 knife holder Support Bar (not mounted).
Replaced nylon drive gears in slitter arms.
Replaced all pneumatic tubing.
SSD 3 motor DC drive system.
Designed to run simplex on the first rewind position or duplex.
