Model "Cryo-Quick" 48" wide x 50′ long liquid nitrogen
freeze tunnel with amount of product per hour –
depending on materials and application.
304 stainless steel construction.
Equipped with 12 liquid nitrogen spray nozzles,
48" wide x 50′ long stainless steel mesh weave product conveyor belt,
with 30" long product in feed load area
and has 4" high clearance into tunnel.
(7) 1 Hp variable speed top mounted Sterling Electric
re-circulating chamber fans and (9) hinged flip-up tunnel covers
(each side). Top exhaust duct and liquid nitrogen inlet,
R-30 insulation and has a remote controller with Nema 4 door,
and Plexiglas window. Mounted on heavy duty base frame.
