Drive is mainly lineshaft with sectional drive to wire, couch.
Bath press has bottom sectional electric drive with top roll driven by the lineshaft.
Lineshaft and sectional drives are DC. Machine with manual start up and stop.
Machine QCS is Honeywell.

Approach flow: stainless steel Finckh pressure screen with slotted basket, and stainless steel insulated body.
Finckh model E1, type 0.75 vibrating screen stainless steel with 1.5 mm perforations. Screen taking pressure screen rejects.

Wire section
Flowbox open type headbox with manual adjustment on slice lip, two holey rolls, wire Karhula shake motion, cantilevered wire section. Flowbox mild steel with stainless lining. Wet end rebuilt 2012.

Wire section length 29.65 m, 3.63 m width. Seven gravity foil boxes, tops PFE.
Wire frame is cantilevered.
Three low vacuum suction boxes with ceramic tops, three intermediate vacuum boxes, five high vacuum boxes with ceramic tops.
Rotabelt vacuum system mill manufacture.
Manual tail cutter.
Suction couch and forward drive roll.

Drying section
Predryers
Twenty-six cast iron predryers in four sections, 1500mm diameter, sheathen rope feed, A/F bearings on auto lub system. All dryer pressures two bar.
All dryers covered by a Brunschwiller hood. Front lifting doors.
Cross machine gauge at size press/bath measuring moisture.

Size press
In line size press, inclined design. Moisture head prior to size press.

After dryers
First is a spare dryer and the eight remaining drying cylinders CI 1500 mm diameter. A/F bearings, auto lubrication system.

Honeywell web inspection prior to calendar for hole and dirt detection.
Machine scanner year 2006 measuring gsm, moisture, profile, opacity.

Calendar
Kuster calendar with five rolls. Top and bottom Kuster rolls.

Vacuum system

Seven Nash vacuum pumps.

Rewinder:
Hanson rewinder model RDH1 year 1977, with tambour unwind and shaftless rewind. Oscillating unwind, roll diameter in and out 1500mm, twin motor drive on right from unwind. 14 slitter sections, width 3000mm and minimum slit 160mm, design speed 1000 m/min, mill run 220 to 350 m/min.
New drive fitted to rewinder in 2017.
ABC automatic baler self-tying for rewinder trim.

Wrapper for rolls with plastic wrap.
Vertical baler for loose broke.
Roll splitter Jylhavara. Roll 1500mm x 1500mm.
