This washing, grading, sizing and packing line was
used for potatoes and sweet potatoes
to supply a major supermarket with crated product.

*It includes an EDP fully stainless steel wet tank
with variable speed drive hydraulic feed chain.
Pneumatic valves to drain water. Capacity approx 20-30 tonnes/hour
*Stainless steel holding tank with feed capacity 10 tph
*Galvanised washer with pintail rollers and drying rollers approx 20-30 tph
*Gas dryer for a variety of fruit and vegetables approx capacity 5-10 tph
*Stainless steel washer with 1200mm wide brushes, 5-10 tph
*Stainless steel grader with stainless chain and rollers, 2 waste discharge belts, 5-10 tph
*AGMAC variable speed roller chain inspection conveyor
and chemical holding tank, set up with a box holder for product.

*AGMAC sizer, capacity 20-30 tph
*AGMAC variable sizer for 2 different sizes,
small product drops off, large product drops out
and medium product continues.
