Automatic, horizontal, continuous motion, open balcony design,
hot melt glue cartoner. Rated from 25 to 175 cartons per minute –
depending on materials, application and machine configuration.
Carton size range: 1" to 6½ in Length; 1" to 3¼" in Width,
3" to 10½" in Depth. Equipped with adjustable chains set on 9" centers,
8" wide x 90" long in feed conveyor,
chain aligner into (2) chain product in feed conveyor
with up stacker to (1) chain lugged carton conveyor set on 9" centers,
with 72" long (3) belt powered blank carton magazine,
(2) head rotary pic-n-place, with pre-break, no-product / no-carton,
barrel cam loader, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system,
major and minor flap closers,
24" long compression discharge belt conveyor section,
Seko gauges, vacuum pump, lube system and interlock safety guarding.
Control Panel has A/B PLC with touch screen HMI.
Mounted on heavy duty base frame with caster and leveling legs.
