Operates at a speed of 30 fruit per minute.
To be hand fed, fruits are hand positioned
into the loading cup and are collected by a selfcentering hand
whose purpose is that to bring them close
to the peeling head. From then to end,
the working cycle is completely automatic.
Entirely performed through mechanical proceeding,
the machine features some very special options.
Peeling is adjustable and gradual in the meaning
that it is possible to set the depth and the width
(the dimension) of the path crossed
by the peel knife to suit each fruit variety.
Kiwi and mango are cleaned of the external peel
and then freed of the top end extremities
