PMR Jigger is a dyeing apparatus of periodic action. It is a dyeing bath with a capacity of 2500 - 3000 l, inside it there are rolling rollers.
Above the bath there are two drive shafts on which a roll of fabric up to 2500 m long is wound.
The dyeing process takes place as follows: the fabric wound on one of the rolls passes through the dyebath (using rolls) and is wound onto the second shaft (this process is repeated many times ). The dyeing process takes from 8 to 10 hours.
Class of dyes is active, the direct possible widths of the treated fabrics are 1500-3200 mm.
