Challenge tumbler will process from whole muscle to sectioned and formed products,
low added moisture to high added moisture, boneless to bone - in and from skinless to skin-on

The combination of integral helical flights within the drum and revolving
on a inclined axis produces a unique massaging action.

The rotating helix moves the load continuously toward the back of the drum and,
by displacement, toward the front.
The weight of the meat mass, combined with the kneading action of pieces within the mass,
results in a distinctive meat-on-meat massage.
