-stainless steel housing , enclosed, with lift – off covers.
-inspection doors with windows and illumination.
-water lock on entry.
-drive and guide rollers with external bearings.
-pendulum compensator for controlled drive of upper rollers.
-liquor overflow.
2 hinged cover with weight compensation ( fabric widths 2000 mm )
2 Bulkheads to create cross current in the rinsing bath (fabric widths 2000 mm )
1 Spray line for liquor separation (fabric widths 2000 mm ) between two compartments
Connected together for connection to fresh water supply with additional guide rollers for washing in the nip
2 heating device (fabric widths 2000 mm ) for direct heating of the bath by steam.
2 temperature regulator system (fabric widths 2000 mm ) with controller , control valve.
2 drive of upper rollers of compartment (fabric widths 2000 mm )
