Application:

ASSEN DVTP transformer oil purifier process serves to improve the properties of insulating oil. It eliminates the acid nature, over moisture, traces of water, dissolved gases, and particulate matter from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly. The bottom line of this purification process is to enhance the performance level of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cables, and capacitors. All these equipment and machinery use an insulating system.

Features and Technical Parameters:
i. The High Vacuum type oil treatment plant of capacity from 1800-18000 LPH are suitable for treatment of new oil and reconditioning of used oil in transformer and other oil filled equipment in order to achieve properties of treated oil within specified limits at the rated capacity.
ii. High standard vacuum filtration and dehydration machine shall efficiently remove moisture (free as well as dissolved), gases, dirt and oxidation products from mineral-based and synthetic, silicon oils and others.
iii. Enhance the value of breakdown voltage greatly. iv. The DVTP plant is work on low temperature, high vacuum principle.
v. The plant generally confirm to IS-6034-1989 and its latest revision or IEC international standards.
