WLS Double-Z kneader

Double-Z kneader - type with discharge screw
The double-walled trough can be cooled or heated
with water and a discharge screw is mounted to empty the trough.
The machine is driven on one side by a gear box on
which a modernized control cabinet is also mounted.
A small control panel for the most important functions is mounted
above the discharge screw to control the functions.
The kneader was used for kneading, mixing and loosening marzipan.
Volume: approx. 200 litres
