Compact, inline, automatic machine for heat sealing reel fed film lids on to preformed trays and containers.
It has the facility to provide a modified atmosphere in sealed packs using either a gas flushing technique or vacuum followed by gas flushing.Full programme control.
Ideal for packing bakery items, veg, meat or fish products etc.
The unit is fully guarded. The stainless steel guarding and sealed machine bed are designed with hygiene and ease of cleaning in mind.
Complete with one set of tooling for pudding/dessert pots 105mm diameter pot x3 lanes code - Faerch 095/OJ + a Markem date coder.

Tooling with x2 lanes can produce 24-30 packs per minute depending on materials used and MAP usage.
Max tray depth of 100mm is possible.
