Grasso/GEA industrial air-cooled water chiller (split version, air-cooled condenser separately) is equipped with the following main components: two pieces built on frame Grasso/GEA HR - H36 S - 2 screw compressors with each 160 kW Leroy-Somer E-motor (suitable for 460V 60 Hz), switchboard cabinet with Siemens S7 PLC/controller, central oil separator, oil pump with thermosifon oil cooler, Alfa-Laval plate cooler AISI 304 connected to a low pressure separator for natural circulation, high pressure liquid tank/reservoir connected to an air-cooled condenser. For warm countries with an ambient temperature above +30°C, we can also deliver an evaporating condenser for this package. Mentioned cooling capacity is with a water inlet temperature of +12°C and a water outlet temperature of +7°C. Cooling capacity at a glycol outlet of -10°C is approx. 592 kW. Chiller will be delivered with all the required TÜV certificates.
