N. 01 Staking - stretching machine BAGGIO series FUTURA model EVOLUTION 4
3200, with four staking heads, differentiated configuration of the staking elements
for the treatment of different leathers with various thickness.
Working width mm. 3200, shock absorber system incorporated, complete of all its
mechanisms and accessories, ready to be linked to your feed lines.
Machine USED and RECONDITIONED constructed following CE rules.
Optionals included:
• Antistatic system: special system applied on the lower part of the machine that help
contrast of static problem.
• Humidifying system.
• System “R”: special regulation fitted in the first head that permits to increase pressure
of 20% and so the penetration on leather in the center and side of the heads. This
regulation can be chosen also with running machine.
• System “ARS”: special automatic regulation that permits to increase or decrease
staking effects independently on first three heads with 25 gaps of regulation and also
the possibility to incline heads in order to obtain the maximum work flexibility. This
regulation permits to operate on different type of leathers eliminating machine stopping
for pressure adjustments.
• System “TS”: electrical board with TOUCH SCREEN that permits the use of the
automatic regulation (ARS) with pre-imposed programs.
